Expand / Collapse icon not working properly

Summary
Expand / Collapse icon does not work properly. Some screens are expanded and some are not. Same for the collapse. Mainly the button does not change to 'mius' once clicked to expand.

Steps to Reproduce
Create investigation Case
Got to review/perform harness and click Expand icon
Some sections remain collapsed sometimes and the expand button does not change to collapse.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. Expand / Collapse icon does not work properly,Mainly the button does not change to 'minus' once clicked to expand.The problem is in pega_ui_doc js file. The js namespace pega.control.TextArea is wrongly assumed to be present.
Will add check for the namespace before processing with the expand/collapse.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-10218,The hfix contains exact code which checks the presence of namespace pega.control.textarea.
