Export functionality works incorrectly

Summary
Export functionality works correctly without using search criteria (for all records). However, the Export functionality works incorrectly on filtering data based on a search criteria on a delegated table.
The issue occurs on searching the records with _ or %. The records are lost after performing the export from the delegated table.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in to the application
2. Navigate to Configuration > General Configurations > Delegation Table
3. Click Edit
4. Enter PT_002 in the Search box
5. Click Export. Records with the PT_002 Coverage Type code display on the User Interface (UI).
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. NativeSQLAPIResolver does not append the escape character to the filter value.
Resolution
Apply HFix-55358.
