Export to PDF in Report Definition is not fetching Data

Summary



In user application Pega 7.1.8 we are experiencing issues in Export to PDF pega default functionality.
They are not able to export the Report definition data to PDF. While Export to PDF application is taking long time and showing "this page cant be displayed error" in IE. Issue can be checked from document attached to the SR.

Please find the steps to reproduce and Tracer log from note#9.

Root Cause



This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
 

Resolution



An enhancement request has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management. FDBK-14165
