Steps to Reproduce

User has a class which has number of exposed columns.

The data exist in blob but not being populated on exposed columns. This is creating issue while business is working on reports.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules.

Exposing a column is a multiple step process where the column is exposed, the Pega 7 engine is updated to use the new column, and existing data is repopulated from the BLOB to the column.

The column had been exposed but Pega 7 had not been restarted.

To resolve this issue, the systems administrator again executed the Column Populator Utility.

After performing this step, the behavior of the environment has returned to normal.
