In the Internet Explorer 11 browser, an additional scrollbar displays in Surface Pro.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Pega application.
- Create a Request (UserID or IT Equipment).
- Enter details in the Request Details section.
Root Cause
A third-party product issue: Internet Explorer 11 browser specific.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Use any of the modern browsers (Chrome/Firefox/Edge or Safari) other than Internet Explorer 11 browser which is not recommended for Pega 8 Platform.

- Redesign the section to split the content such that the vertical scrollbar does not display at Design Time.
