Extract Execution History being purged in 7.2.2

Summary
Extract Execution History only shows 30 days worth of data. Previously it used to show complete execution history.

Steps to Reproduce
Click on Extract and go to ExecutionHistory.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. System cleaner was mistakenly removing extract execution history.
Resolution
Apply HFix-35280
