Summary
In Pega Sales Automation portal 7.21, tried using bulk upload functionality.
While uploading a file for organizations, import is failing with errors.
Error Messages
Failed. Geo-coding instance : [Acc-112] Status: [].
Geo-coding instance : [Org-52] Status: []
Steps to Reproduce
Bulk upload an excel csv file containing the organization data.
Root Cause
Location APIs not being used correctly in user application.
Resolution
Follow below steps to address the issue:
1. Save-As the PegaCRM-Work-.crmRetrieveLatLong activity into your custom ruleset.
2. Enable pre-condition for Step1 and have a when condition as below:
