Field in grid display as read-only on changing drop down value

Summary
On changing the drop down value, the fields of the grid display as read-only even though the When condition is false.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a drop down field on change of which When condition is enabled
- In another section, set a grid with 2 fields which are configured with read-only When condition
- Change the drop down value. Though the When condition is false, the fields display as read-only
Root Cause
When condition is evaluated during Document Object Model (DOM) rendering. As the grid section is already rendered, it does not refresh with the When condition.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Add Refresh-OtherSection in the drop down OnChange event to refresh the grid section.
