Once we enter details and click on SAVE TO Draft and opening the details its coming as read only.

Steps to Reproduce

Clicking on SAVE TO DRAFT

Resolution

User has saved the work object and reopended the work objec from worklist found that harness is 'review' mode. Hence fields are readonly irrespective of condition.

This issue is resolved through the following local change: 
Removed the Readonly condition at fields level and used the same condition to visible for section and made all the fields editable.Created a new section has fileds Readonly always and visible based on opposite condition.
