Filter criteria does not work in report definition

Summary
In a report definition, the filter section does not allow the selection of values in the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition.
- Enable filter changes in the Report Viewer tab of the report definition.
- Execute the report.
- Click Select values.
Root Cause
Compatibility settings are enabled in the Internet Explorer browser due to customization. Since the Compatibility mode is not supported in the Internet Explorer browser, the Select Value button is not accessible.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
For the DisplayHarness, change the Internet Explorer browser's documentmode to IE=Edge.
Alternatively, update to Pega Platform 8.2.4.
In this, for the pzRRDisplaySection harness, the Final rule is available such that the Internet Explorer's documentationmode is IE=Edge.
