Filter criteria is not displayed in Export to Excel

Summary
You, as an application developer, need to display the filter criteria values in the headers of the drill down and Export to Excel from a report definition.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Select a report definition.
2. Choose filter criteria including date range.
3. Go to drill down view.
4. Click export to excel.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
On the Design tab of the report definition, in the "Rows To Include" section, for the "Filter Caption Settings" option, select "Apply Caption to Left Side of Condition".
