Filter in grid for Date field columns does not work

Summary
The User profile has a timezone (ACT) mapping. On filtering the Date column with 8/13/18, the results are fetched for 8/14/18. The server time is default. This works if the User profile does not have any mapped timezone.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a grid whose source is a report definition with a Date column.
- Filter the grid with the user who has ACT as the timezone.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The User profile and Server timezones were different.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Ensure both the server and the User profile timezones are the same.
