Filter option unavailable for a virtual report definition

Summary
For a virtual report definition, the filter option is unavailable when an additional column is added in a repeating layout prior to the virtual report definition.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a virtual report definition rule.
- Add an additional column prior to the virtual report definition in the repeating layout.
- Navigate to the Presentation Tab and change the Width of Content to 'Pixel (fixed)'.
- Set the Pagination format to Progressive in the General tab.
Root Cause
The column calculation was incorrect when a static column exists on the left.
Resolution
- Apply the following hotfixes:
a. HFix-53152
b. HFix-53792
- Delete the Temp files.
- Truncate the Cache tables by taking a backup.
- Restart the server.
