Filter result of workbasket takes more than 4 minutes to display



Searching and opening a workobject from a Prod-Approved workbasket takes more than 4 minutes. 

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click the workbasket
  2. Click the Filter icon
  3. Enter the workobject

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Low performance of the Internet Explorer browser in setting the height and scrollbars when the results are more in number.


Perform the following local-change:
Use the range filter for the column that has more number of records to filter.
