Filter for Search Service case is updated incorrectly
When searching for a Service Case in the 'Customer' tab for an Interaction, the filter is updated incorrectly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Interaction portal.
- Search with the last name (for example, Parker).
- Select any of the members and navigate to 'Composite view'.
- Click Submit.
- Create different types of Service Cases.
- Relogin (since the Recent cases is a Requestor data page) and perform Steps 1 and 2.
- Open the Customer tab.
- In the Recent cases section, search for 'Type of case' selection in the Filter criteria.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
