Filter for Search Service case is updated incorrectly



When searching for a Service Case in the 'Customer' tab for an Interaction, the filter is updated incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to Interaction portal.
  2. Search with the last name (for example, Parker).
  3. Select any of the members and navigate to 'Composite view'.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Create different types of Service Cases.
  6. Relogin (since the Recent cases is a Requestor data page) and perform Steps 1 and 2.
  7. Open the Customer tab.
  8. In the Recent cases section, search for 'Type of case' selection in the Filter criteria.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
