Finish Assignment on button doesn't work in Review harness modal

Summary
The Finish Assignment configured on a button does not work from a modal in a Review harness. However, this configuration works in the Perform harness.

Steps to Reproduce
- In a Review harness, launch a modal with a form on click of any icon.
- Add inputs.
- Configure the Finish Assignment action on a modal Submit button.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Configuration of Form submission in the Review harness is not recommended.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Invoke the handleMenuAction function in the Run Script action on the icon with valid parameters to load the Perform harness with the Required form.
