Fix UI issues to support Pega 7.2

Summary
CPQ,PMC applications try to install CIF 7.19 on Pega 7.2. but CIF 7.19 GA is only compatible with 7.1.9.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Upgrade the instance to Pega 7.2
2. Install CIF 7.1.9
3. Observe the UX is been different from earlier version.
Root Cause
1)Created new skin named CIF extended from pyEndUser
2)Modified application rule to include newly created skin(CIF) and removed UIExtension rule set from stack.
3)Modified all the CIF sections to get Pega 7.2 UI look and feel
