With a fixed header, JAWS reads the grid as 2 separate tables

Summary
When using adaptive technologies (screen reader software) to navigate and understand the content of tables created from a repeat grid with a fixed header, the top header row is read as an individual table and the underlying column data is read as a distinct separate table.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a repeat grid with a fixed header.
- Turn on the JAWS screen reader software and launch a flow containing the created repeat grid.
- JAWS reads the grid as two separate tables - JAWS says “table end” after the last column header.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-15333, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
