Flow Actions Names changed in Other Actions

Summary
Flow Action Names do not display correctly in the Other Action menu during validation. This occurs while finishing an assignment and restricts the user from advancing the flow.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure two connectors directed away from the assignment.
- Assign a different likelihood for each of the connectors.
- For the primary connector's flow action, use validation on a property that is present on a section at runtime.
- Run the flow.
Root Cause
Usage of server side validation and Temporary Workobject was contradictory.
Resolution
Uncheck the Temporary Workobject option on the workobject flow's Process tab.
