Focus behaves incorrectly on selecting value from dropdown field

Summary
Focus gets lost and shifts to the top of the Internet Explorer (IE) browser. This occurs while selecting a value from a dropdown field using the Tab key on the Keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with two or more dropdown fields
- Configure such that the source of the second dropdown field loads based on the value of the first dropdown field
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
This issue is addressed in Pega 8.3.3.
