Steps to Reproduce
1. Create an activity with HTMLToPDF step.
2. Create a HTML stream rule and add the rule as parameter to the activity created in step1.
3. Call the activity on button click to download the generated PDF.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. User has used manually created HTML stream rule and used that in downloaded PDF functionality. The HTML stream rule has one invalid <table> tag due to which, contents present after that tag were not as expected; color and size of fonts were in different format.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Remove the invalid <table> tag to fix the issue and use OOTB rules to create HTML stream rules.
