Summary

Users reporting this problem found that the font size is smaller than expected in generated PDFs. In other cases, the font size can be larger than expected. Whether the font size is smaller or larger than expected depends on the eForm being used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure eForm through the wizard (the eForm Rules accelerator).
2. Enter the data and view the generated PDF.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules

Resolution

Best Practice: Update or upgrade to Pega 7.3.
The issue was resolved and delivered in Pega 7.3.

If you cannot update or upgrade your Pega 7.1.8 system, apply HFix-29964, which adjusts the font size to an appropriate value.
