Forgot Password and User ID page Responsive layout not working

Summary
The Forgot Password and Forgot User ID links in a responsive layout do not work. The layout does not reflect the Responsive features when applying Responsive Break points.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure links in the Login screen.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Issue with the iFrames that are included in the HTML rule. On click of the links on the Login page, a new HTML page is loaded which contained iFrames. This page is not responsive as the required media queries or styles are not included.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change to include the required styles to make the page responsive:
Include the below tag at the end of the Body tag in HTML.
