French localization pack missing some labels

Summary
You have installed "PRPC_v62sp2_French_Language_Pack.jar". The following labels are not localized:
Bloc criteria
Append
Open/edit
Delete)
tooltips
Save
Cancel
Error Messages
N/A
Steps to Reproduce
1) Connect to PRPC
2) Click on Pega button -> Data Model -> Data table -> Data table
3) Edit one
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error. The labels are those used on the screens of the Translation Wizard.
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows: Designer Studio is not localizable in PRPC v6.2.
