Gear Icon not visible in Report Browser in OMF Framework

Summary
User reported that the Gear icon not visible in Report browser in Communication Foundation framework (CFF).
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in to the Case Manager Portal.
2. Go to the Report Browser.
3. Click on any of the Report visible.
Expected behavior : Gear icon should be visible in report browser
Actual behavior : Gear icon is not visible.
Root Cause
The problem is related to UI-KIT version. In Communication foundation framework 7.17 on Pega 7.1.7, UI-Kit-7:02-01-01 is used by default and gear icon is visible. However, user is using Communication foundation framework 7.17 on Pega 7.1.9, still UI-Kit-7:02-01-01 is there, which is not supported and it is causing the invisibility of the gear icon.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the UI-Kit-7:04-01-01 to the ruleset of the user's Communication foundation framework.
