Generate PDF using sections with Dyamic Layouts

Summary
With generating PDF documents with dynamic layouts, when user tried to generate PDF from the section, the generated PDF did not include all the formatting.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with a dynamic layout and a button to Generate PDF.
2. Place some UI controls on the section.
3. Create HTML rule to generate HTML from the section from step 1.
4. On click of the Generate PDF of step 1, Call HTMLTOPDF OOTB activity.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-23169, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
