Generated PDF not able to use the Pega CSS

SA-21574

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Convert the perform harness into a stream.
  2. Pass this stream to HTMLToPDF.
  3. Attach the generated PDF to the case.
  4. Open the attached PDF.

Root Cause

There is a limitation of the underlying PD4ML APIs which are used to generate the PDF document. It does not support some of the advanced CSS version 3 features of Pega sections

Resolution

For proper alignment then use the "Free Form Layouts" instead of Dynamic layouts in this scenario.
