Getting Client Store synchronization failed error
User (Sales agent) when try to login in to the mobile application, gets LEAN - Client Store Synchronization Failed error.
This issue is happening through mobile app. When the user logins to the application in the desktop using URL then they have no issues.
Client Store Synchronization Failed.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Download the Mobile application.
2. Open the app.
3. Enter user name and password.
4. Click Login button.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules : For the users where "Client sync" error is seen, there is an issue with data page D_XYZ.
There is no support for data page with greater than 8MB data when using the application in mobile in Pega 7.1.8.
There is no support for data page with greater than 8MB data when using the application in mobile in Pega 7.1.8. In Pega 7.2.x Pega has added support for data page with more than 8 MB in mobile as well.
As the reported behavior in Pega 7.1.8, the only solution is to reduce the size of data page.
