Getting "Open Authoring Control Load Failure!" on verify corresp
While opening the verify correspondence screen users are getting "Open Authoring Control Load Failure!" message. This is happening on Window 7 operating system. The related ocx files are already installed. After installation it worked fine on some system but on few system issue still persists.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Login with a valid user id
2. Create a correspondence.
3. This will be assigned to other user for verification
4. Login with a different user id.
5 Open the case and click on the verify correspondence message.
6. Error is displayed on the screen.
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment. It some times happens that due to some upgrades of the browser of some plugin install in browser the .ocx files stop works.
This issue is resolved through the following local change: share the latest .ocx cab Installer with customer.
