Graph Icons displaying as Vertical lines

Summary
We have 4 graphs present in the dashboard tab. Icons like 'Show Data', 2D or 3D are displaying as vertical lines. Only when we hover over them, Icons are displaying properly.

Steps to Reproduce
In the Case Manager Portal, There is a Dashboard Tab. Icons for the graphs are displaying as vertical lines.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment.The graph icons are misoriented only when the graphs take long time to load.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change: We have given a javascript snippet to change the style of the icon display:none to display:block. We are getting the Dom object by using the ID of the element.
