Grid filter does not filter data according to the field value

Summary
When filtering is enabled on a repeating grid, on entering a value in the filter search field and clicking apply, the filtered results are not based on the field value. Expectation is that the filter results must meet the search criteria entered in the filter search input field.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with a repeating grid
- Configure the repeating grid layout to enable 'Allow filtering' and 'Display selected filter values first'
- On the column to be filtered, select filtering to 'auto' and filtering by to 'value'
- Run the flow. The column is not filtered according to the field values
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
