HarnessErrorList section displays duplicate error messages

Summary
An error message displays multiple times though the Clipboard page has only one error message. This occurs on referring the pyCaseErrorSection section which invokes another out-of-the-box HarnessErrorList section.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Pega application.
- Add two field on the screen.
- Use Obj-Validate to validate the fields onChange of the screen.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.2.7.
