Helper text icon not displayed on using Visible When conditions

Summary
On configuring an Input field with a Visible When condition, the Helper Text (?) icon does not display.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure Helper Text on a text input.
- Add a Visibility condition to the input or layout.
- Execute the flow. At runtime, the Helper Text (?) icon does not display.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The expression Visibility support for controls were missing from pzpega_ui_DLCellTemplate.js.
Resolution
Update to Pega Platform 8.1.7.
