HFix-31865Multiple rows in the Index Table

Summary



A user has created a Declare index to save an Embedded Pages Data into a Table. which is subsequently used in a peport. Recently users reported that they are seeing duplicate results. When trying to debug, users observe multiple rows being saved for the same Indexed item. The pxIndexCount is different for these records.

Root Cause

A Pegasystem bug. A declare index is configured for a page property. There should only be one index written but there have been occasions when multiple indexes are created.

Resolution



Apply HFix-31865 to resolve the issue
