Hiding reports for a set of users

Summary



You, as an application user, have the requirement to hide individual reports based on the Access groups of each user.

Resolution



To hide reports from the user you can prohibit the access to the reports by entering 0 or leaving the privilege values blank in the role for the Access Class Rule-Obj-Report.

You can then map this role to the user’s access group.

For example, an operator “user@sr”  has an access group SRApp:Users that has the below access role:
 


On opening the access role, the privilege values have been set as blank for the Access class “Rule-Obj-Report”.
