Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section containing a table layout which hold the checklists
2. Ensure that the checklists contain properties which hold lengthy texts that display on the table layout
3. Configure the flow actions
4. Open the default flow action containing the checklists with lengthy texts
5. Select another flow action from the Actions dropdown
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
- Update the layout in the casebody to dynamic layout with a format of 70-30 width
- Apply HFix-48915
- Update the container format for perform harness to No Markup
