Horizontal scrollbar not display on creating new interaction

Summary
Creating a new interaction and returning to the Home page, crops the screen. As a result, the horizontal scrollbar does not display.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Interaction portal.
- Create a new interaction.
- Return to the Home page.
Root Cause
The workarea height was set to 736 pixels making the scrollbar invisible.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Include the below code in the UserWorkForm:

{
height: 100% !important;
}
