Host name displays as N/A on Nodes tab of Agents rule

Summary
Host name displays as N/A on the Nodes tab of Agents rule post upgrading to Pega 8.3. The D_pzInstanceListDAQ data page is used as the source in the grid to fetch the host name. It fetches records from the PRPC1_SD_DATA.pr_data table from the data base. However, no records are present in the data base post upgrading.

One data instance is created for one node type. Hence, the hostnames do not display.
