Buttons are misaligned in "ListEditorDisplay " of Code-Pega-List with Pega 7.1.8.

Steps to Reproduce
- In Pega 7.1.8 from the user portal, open any data table.
- Note that the two buttons, 'Refresh' and 'Edit in Excel' will display in two different lines.
Root Cause
User has Fixed portals in Pega 7 with Internet Explorer compatibility mode enabled.
Resolution

Pega 7 does not support fixed portals. Below screenshot shows the same:
