HTML Rules Inspector does not work

SA-3568

Summary

The HTML rules inspector does not show the section/flow action/paragraph name when checked from the user portal. Because of this issue, it has become difficult to find the exact HTML rule that gets called.

Error Messages

The HTML rules inspector does not show the section/flow action/paragraph name when checked from the user portal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open user portal from Developer portal.
2. When mouse-over the ‘H’ icon is performed, corresponding rule name does not show up.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a division that overlaps the "H" element of the UI Inspector in the custom portal.

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows:

IE developer tool shows that in the user portal, when the "My Work in Progress" tab is traversed and items are opened, there seems to be a division which overlaps the “H” elements on the left, hindering the “ H” to be selected.

The Information of the division is:-

<div class="yui-layout-unit yui-layout-unit-left yui-layout-scroll" id="l4" style="left: 0px; top: 46px; height: 904px; position: absolute; z-index: 1; zoom: 1;">

When the inline style is removed from this division or the width is reduced to 0px the issue is fixed and respective HTML information is being displayed when hovered over the “H”
