HTMLtoPDF activity does not support HTML5/CSS3 tags

Summary
When using the HTMLtoPDF activity to generate a PDF, the activity does not recognize the HTML5 or CSS3 tags. Hence, the generated PDF is formatted incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an HTML rule.
- Include border-radius wrapping "2" Style in it.
- Source this HTML rule to the HTMLToPDF activity.
- Execute the activity. Verify the PDF content.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
This is a limitation with the PD4ML library which is used to generate the PDF.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use images instead of the border-radius wrapping "2" Style.
