Icons are not displaying at the right corner

Summary
Icons are not displaying at the right corner. Instead they are visible just beside the layout header.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure container format with image at skin level.
- In a section, add dynamic layout with above container format.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error: User Configuration.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
1. Created non-auto generated section with below style:
<style>
span.header-title-table{
float: right;
}
2. Include the non-auto generated section in dynamic layout section.span.header-title-table{
float: right;
}
