SA-8854

Summary

You have a non-auto generated section having an iFrame. When you open this section in a modal dialog there are a lot of spaces beside the iFrame content. It appears as expected in IE browser.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create non-auto generated section and insert an iFrame
  2. Call that section in a Modal Dialog
  3. Observe that there are many spaces next to the iFrame content in Chrome browser
  4. Observe that In Internet Explorer it works as expected

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error. The content of the iFrame is large and hence the modal window is covering a larger space.

Resolution

This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:

Create a custom format in the skin rule of the application. The same format is used in the section while loading the modal window. Customize this format based on the requirement.
