Error Messages

[WebContainer : 18] [ ] [ ] [ ] (web.impl.WebStandardImpl) ERROR - 127.0.0.1: Unhandled error in ETier invocation
java.lang.IllegalStateException: The following session is not valid! 4qLgYPSjjAt2ObctjzyfzNK

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application.
  2. Perform an action.

Root Cause

The allowDirectCommunication JSON flag was set  to false.
The application referred to IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) authentication and Lightweight Third Party Authentication (LTPA) token was used. Out-of-the-box Pega Mobile Client does not support LTPA token.

Resolution

The allowDirectCommunication flag configuration is based on access group settings. The 'Access group requires a connection for portions of the application' checkbox is located in the Advanced tab of the access group in the Offline configuration section.

As a local-change, check the 'Access group requires a connection for portions of the application' option.
