Image re-sizing issue with RTE

Summary
The image resizing control is not appearing when user includes image to Rich Text Editor (RTE) field.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1. Include RTE control in section. It should be editable.
2. Add image to that RTE field.
3. Click on the image or double click on image. Image resize option does not display.
Root Cause
It is the limitaiton of CK editor 3.x version where the image resize option is not provided.
Resolution
Double click on the image, and it opens a modal dialog where the image height and width can be provided in terms of pixels or percentage.
