Summary
Any image associated with the icon control does not render or displays with a broken image icon.
Error Messages
In Browser console: Refused to load the image <URL> because it violates the following Content Security
Policy directive: default-src 'self
Note that 'img-src' was not explicitly set, hence 'default-src' is used as a fallback.
Steps to Reproduce
Log in to the portal and observe few icons do not render.Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:Inspect the Pega application rule security settings on the application server and rollback the Content Security Policy on images or icons.
