Images for operators do not display in Internet Explorer

Summary
Images for operators do not display in the Internet Explorer browser when using the pxOperatorImage control.

Steps to Reproduce
Log in to the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) application.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, pxOperatorImage control. The operator image URL was distorted due to extra JSP tags in the code.
Resolution
Apply HFix-31157.
Best Practice: Update or upgrade to the latest Pega release.
The issue was resolved in Pega 7.3, as indicated in the Resolved Issues (Issue 279344).
