Out-of-the-box ImageViewer does not work on Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run the out-of-the-box activity pyGetImageViewerAttachmentReference (Rule Set Pega-ProcessEngine:07-10-01 Applies to : Work-by passing any valid parameter from Link-Attachment instances)
- Run the activity on Chrome browser
Root Cause
Silverlight is not supported for Chrome with version above 45.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-20085, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
