Import progress bar is not displaying

Summary
While importing code zip or jar file in Designer Studio, the import progress bar is not displayed on the screen.

Steps to Reproduce
Use application import wizard.
Root Cause
JavaScript logic for the progress bar loops through various elements to enable/disable during this part of the wizard.
In this particular application, the "dirty prompt" section had been customized.
The Cancel button styling was changed which caused the JavaScript to encounter an unexpected class name for the button and eventually fell into an exception when trying to process that element.
Resolution
The "Cancel" button styling was changed back to "Simple" as it was originally Out-of-the-box.
