Improper display of error messages in Pega Survey 7.1.2

Summary



Harness-level error messages are not getting displayed properly when more than one error is there. The bottom border overwrites the content as shown in below image:

Error Messages



No error messages. This is a look and feel issue.


Steps to Reproduce



1.Create Screen Flow.
2.Create Validate rule to validate fields.

Issue:Harness-level error messages are not displayed properly.


Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules:

Developer had overwritten the css styles in their custom skin rule.
under containers>errors> outline  - height is specified as 35px.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change: 

Remove the height attribute, as the error div height should be dynamic based on the error list and must not be hard coded to some value.
